As Co-Founder and former CEO of Treehouse Communities, he propelled the company to become a top 5 owner of manufactured housing in the US, attracting investments from Blackstone. Marcus also served as Co-Founder and Former COO of Invitation Homes, the largest single-family rental home company in the US with 80,000+ homes, in partnership with Blackstone. He is an experienced investor and actively supports innovative startups in the real estate sector. Currently, Marcus focuses on decarbonization in PropTech and reducing GHG emissions in the built world.
